Here is the recipe I didn't tweak abit due to lack of liquid.  __ optional*

Streusel Coffee-cake
350. 34-35 min.
Layer with Batter and streusel.
Streusel:
1/4 C all-purpose flour
1/4 C sugar
__1/4 C brown sugar
__1/4 C chopped nuts
2 Tblsp butter, marg/crisco
(my tweak: chopped pear and peanuts, white sugar in lieu of brown)

Batter:
Krusteaz pancake mix 2 cups
2/3 C sugar
3/4 C milk (my tweak: 1/4 C milk, 2/4 C frozen strawberries)
1 egg, 2 Tblsp, butter, marg/crisco.  Bake and serve with your favorite hot beverage!
